SIS GO Electrolyte contains a blend of a fast and easily digestible reserve of carbohydrates, as well as electrolytes (such as sodium) that allow optimal hydration. A combination of energy and electrolytes that improves the body's ability to retain water during exercise, keeping performance high and providing protection against cramps. The product contains an adequate concentration of carbohydrates (36 grams in 6% solution), sodium (20 mmol/l) and fluid (500 ml portion) to guarantee you the right level of energy and hydration.
