6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

10. Retention of Title
