Shipping policy
SHIPPING RATES
All orders are shipped from Belgium with track & trace. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and the total amount of your order (incl. VAT). The higher your order, the lower the shipping costs.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Service point delivery (DPD Pickup) – the most affordable option in most European countries. After checkout, you choose the DPD Pickup point where you want to collect your parcel on the confirmation page.
- Home delivery (DPD@Home) – your parcel is delivered to your door. In countries without service points, we deliver to your home via DPD, UPS or PostNL.
Below you will find, per country, the carrier, the shipping costs, the reduced rate from a certain amount, the amount from which shipping is free and the average delivery time.
