RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Let us know within this period via the withdrawal button at the bottom of our website or by email to sales@sportsnutritionadvice.com.

Returning products

Once we have received your notice, we will email you a free return label. Then return the products within 14 days, in their original condition and packaging. The return costs are at our expense.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back. For partial returns, the original shipping costs are not refunded. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed foods and food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot take these back.

You are liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case, we may reduce the refund amount.

Refused or uncollected parcels

Parcels that are refused, cannot be delivered or are not collected from a DPD pickup point are returned to us by the courier. Such parcels are not refunded automatically: please request the refund by email at sales@sportsnutritionadvice.com. We will then refund the purchase amount minus the return costs: €5 for parcels within Belgium and €10 for parcels to other countries.
