Sports Nutrition Advice was founded in March 2024 with one clear mission: helping endurance athletes get more out of their performance through well‑designed, science‑based sports nutrition. In a short time, we have grown into a specialised online store with a strong and rapidly expanding customer base across Europe.
From day one, we have combined two key strengths:
  • many years of practical experience in endurance sports
  • a solid background in (sports) nutrition
This allows us to go far beyond “just” selling sports nutrition. We help you plan smarter, dose better and optimise your energy stores – whether you are training, preparing for an important race or taking on a multi‑day challenge.


Focus on endurance sports, but not only

Our core focus is on endurance sports such as cycling, running, triathlon, skating and rowing. We support athletes in building a fuelling plan that matches their intensity, duration and goals. For example:
  • high carbohydrate intake up to 120 g per hour
  • a combination of drinks, gels and bars
  • practical schedules for both training and competition
At the same time, we see that other sports are also taking nutrition more and more seriously. That is why we now also work with athletes and teams in, among others:
