GO Energy Bake takes a scientific approach to energy bars, delivering 30 grams of carbohydrates in a soft filled cake. Each cake has a fruit center that provides 10 grams of fructose.


To support performance and meet the demands of exercise, 60-90 grams of carbohydrates per hour are recommended for long endurance sporting events.
