GO Energy Bake takes a scientific approach to energy bars, delivering 30 grams of carbohydrates in a soft filled cake. Each cake has a fruit center that provides 10 grams of fructose.


To support performance and meet the demands of exercise, 60-90 grams of carbohydrates per hour are recommended for long endurance sporting events. The Science in Sport GO Energy Bake can be used to meet these requirements, together with other products from the Science in Sport GO range. The unique, soft-baked texture provides an easy-to-eat option, with all the performance benefits of carbohydrate nutrition.


Depleting your carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. It is known that administering extra carbohydrates during exercise improves performance and competition times and delays the onset of fatigue.
