De Amacx Recovery Bar combineert 20 gram hoogwaardige eiwitten (uit soja, wei en melk) met 22 gram koolhydraten. Deze combinatie helpt je zowel bij het aanvullen van je eiwitten als koolhydraten. Veel sporters gebruiken dit na een sport moment.
