This is the Gel . It's a bold statement. But true nonetheless. Technically, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates simply mixed into syrups, often with added flavors and preservatives. The Gel100 is completely different. It is a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio 0.8:1) that allows an absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

The Gel 100 is made using natural hydrogel technology and consists of six natural ingredients. It contains no colorings or preservatives and comes in 40 gram portions. Each serving contains 60% carbohydrates - a high weight-to-energy ratio.

Suitable for carbohydrate targets of 30 to 90g per hour, depending on how much you combine with other Maurten products.
