This high-dose carbohydrate gel with extra sodium has been developed especially for competitive athletes who perform (ultra) endurance efforts of at least 2.5 hours, and who aim for carbohydrate intakes of 90-120g per hour.
- 45g of carbohydrates , so that 90-120g of carbohydrates per hour can easily be achieved.
- 1:1 CARB MIX , for maximum energy intake in combination with 2:1 CARB MIX.
- 200mg sodium , for a rapid replenishment of fluid and salt reserves.
