The Turbo Chew Bar contains 40 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose and fructose. This ensures that the chew bar can contribute to the proper absorption and use of very high carbohydrate intakes (100-120 grams per hour). The composition is precisely tailored to the other products from the Turbo Line, so that you can use the combination of these products during your effort according to your own wishes and preferences. We do advise that you regularly try out your race nutrition plan during training to find out what works best for you, and to train your stomach and intestines to process this well.
