When you mix Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 with water, you get a hydrogel sports drink with a high concentration of carbohydrates and caffeine. The drink immediately turns into hydrogel in the acid of the stomach. The hydrogel ensures a smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestine where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

Suitable for carbohydrate targets of 90 to 120g per hour, depending on how much you combine with other Maurten products.
