Gel Mix 480 gives athletes greater access to training and racing with Hydrogel Technology. Thicker than Drink Mix and more fluid than Gel, it delivers 120 grams of carbohydrates per serving, dissolved in 200ml of water. Gel Mix 480 is pH sensitive. Like Drink Mix, it forms a true gel in the acidic environment of the stomach. That transition encapsulates the carbohydrates and carries them through the stomach for absorption and use as fuel.
