Powerbar Fuel 30 Gel contains 30 g of carbohydrates per serving in a ratio of 1:0.8 from glucose and fructose sources - for an optimal energy supply during exercise.
According to current scientific knowledge, the 1:0.8 carbohydrate formula contributes to increased carbohydrate oxidation and improved intestinal tolerance (O'Brien & Rowlands DS, 2011 and O'Brien et al. 2013).
